Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the mailbox you want to forward mail messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
